SpeechTherapy.com Terms at a Glance

SpeechTherapy.com provides a paid professional identity email service using the SpeechTherapy.com domain. It is designed to support professional communications and a mission-driven community. It is not represented as enterprise-grade, mission-critical, or HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

When you subscribe, your plan renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal or by emailing support@speechtherapy.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already processed are not refunded or prorated, except where required by law.

Your email address is licensed, not owned. We may block, rename, reclaim, or reassign usernames when necessary for security, legal, operational, brand, impersonation, inactivity, payment, or abuse reasons.

Because everyone shares the SpeechTherapy.com domain, protecting the domain’s reputation is a top priority. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, automation abuse, unusual sending behavior, deliverability risk, or other security or reputational threats.

The service relies on third-party providers, including underlying email infrastructure and payment vendors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, guaranteed deliverability, or guaranteed data preservation. A message appearing in “Sent” does not guarantee that it was delivered.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis only. Please keep your own backups of important emails and attachments.

SpeechTherapy.com supports scholarships and related initiatives, but subscriptions are service fees, not charitable donations, and scholarship programs or mission initiatives may change over time.

Disputes are governed by Texas law and generally belong in Dallas County, Texas, after a 30-day informal notice process. There is no mandatory arbitration in this draft. Eligible small-claims matters may still be brought in a court with small-claims jurisdiction.

By subscribing, you agree to the full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
