Set or Change Your Mailbox Password

  1. Sign in to your Dashboard using your customer-account login.
  2. Open the service for the SpeechTherapy.com email address you want to manage.
  3. Use the mailbox-password form to enter and save your new password.
  4. Sign in to Webmail with your full email address and the new mailbox password.

You can use this process if you forgot your mailbox password. It changes the mailbox password, not the password you use to enter the Dashboard.

Update your email apps

Update the saved password for both incoming IMAP and outgoing SMTP in every connected app. An app can receive mail but fail to send if it still has the old outgoing password.

For a strong password, see Choose and Protect a Strong Mailbox Password. If you cannot get into the Dashboard, reset your Dashboard password or use the Account Access support form with an email address you can currently read.
