My Email Service Is Suspended

All Help Articles

A suspended service may be unable to sign in, send, or receive email. Suspension can involve a billing issue, a security concern, or an acceptable-use issue.

  1. Sign in to your Dashboard and review the service status, invoices, and account notices.
  2. If an invoice is overdue, review it and complete payment through the Dashboard. If you already paid, do not pay again simply because the status has not changed.
  3. Open a support ticket with the affected email address and relevant invoice or notice details.

Support can explain what is needed to restore access. Restoration timing and what happened to incoming mail depend on the circumstances, so do not assume messages sent during a suspension were stored for later delivery.

If you cannot sign in to the Dashboard, use the Account Access support form and provide an email address you can currently read.
