How to claim
Three steps to your address
Check your name
Type the name you want before @speechtherapy.com. You will see right away if it is available.
Claim it
Select the Claim button. It takes you to checkout with your address already filled in.
Choose your plan and pay
Keep Professional Email or upgrade to Professional Plus, then finish checkout. We set up your mailbox after checkout.

Questions
Before you claim
Can I change my address later?
No. An address cannot be renamed after purchase. If you want a different name later, you can buy another address as a separate subscription. Choose carefully before checkout.
Does it work with the email app I already use?
Yes. Our Help Center has setup guides for Outlook, Apple Mail on iPhone and iPad, and the Gmail app on Android and iOS. You can also use Webmail in any browser.
Can I use it for patient information?
No. This service is not for protected health information (PHI), and we do not offer a HIPAA business associate agreement. Keep patient records in your employer's or practice's approved systems.
How does billing work?
Each address is billed yearly. You can cancel the next renewal at any time with a support ticket in your Dashboard. Your mailbox keeps working through the end of the year you paid for.
