- Sign in to your Dashboard and open a support ticket.
- State that you want to cancel renewal, and include the complete SpeechTherapy.com email address. If you have more than one address, identify each subscription you want to stop renewing.
- Ask for confirmation of the cancellation and the end date of the current paid service period.
Each email address has its own annual service period. Canceling renewal stops a future renewal; it does not automatically close the mailbox immediately. Your service continues through its current paid period.
Before the service ends, save messages you need, update any other accounts that use this address for password recovery, and notify your contacts. If you need help getting into the Dashboard, use our account-access support instructions.
