Use your organization’s approved clinical communication system for patient information. Your professional email address does not by itself make a mailbox appropriate for clinical records or patient-identifying communications.
If someone sends patient information here unexpectedly, do not forward it to another ordinary email account or paste it into a support ticket. Follow your organization’s procedures and direct the sender to your approved clinical communication channel.
