Forward Incoming Email to Another Inbox

All Help Articles

Use forwarding if you want incoming SpeechTherapy.com messages delivered to another email address. If you only use Webmail, you do not need to set this up.

  1. Sign in to Webmail.
  2. Click your initials in the upper-right corner, then choose My account.
  3. Select Forwards.
  4. Enter the destination email address under Add new forward. Check it carefully.
  5. Click Add forward. When the success message appears, click OK.
  6. Confirm that the address appears in the Forwards list, then close My account.

Set up sending, too

Forwarding handles incoming mail only. Replying in your other inbox may send from that inbox’s address. To send as your SpeechTherapy.com address, connect your mailbox directly to an email app or use Webmail. Then see Choose Your Default Sending Address.

If another provider supports external SMTP sending, it requires separate outgoing setup using our SMTP settings. Gmail web’s third-party “Send mail as” and POP-fetching features are retiring in January 2027, so forwarding to Gmail alone is not a complete replacement. Use the Gmail mobile app with your mailbox added directly instead.

If you need to confirm whether incoming copies also stay in your SpeechTherapy.com inbox, ask through a Dashboard support ticket. Avoid forwarding two accounts back to each other.
