Choose Your Default Sending Address

When you send from your SpeechTherapy.com mailbox in Webmail, no separate default-account setup is needed. If you use an app with several accounts, first add your SpeechTherapy.com mailbox directly. Forwarding alone does not set up sending.

  1. Open your email app’s account or composing settings.
  2. If the app offers a default sending account, choose your SpeechTherapy.com account.
  3. Start a new message and check its From address.
  4. Check From when replying, too. Some apps use the account that received the message instead of your default.

The setting varies by app and version. See Outlook for Windows, Outlook mobile, Apple Mail on iPhone/iPad, Apple Mail on Mac, or Gmail mobile. If your app does not offer a default, choose your SpeechTherapy.com account before composing and check From.

Gmail mobile should use the mailbox you added as a separate account. Do not build a new setup around Gmail web’s retiring third-party “Send mail as” feature.
