I Can Receive Email but Cannot Send

All Help Articles
  1. Try sending a short message from Webmail. If that works, focus on your app’s outgoing settings.
  2. Check that the SMTP server is smtp.speechtherapy.com.
  3. Use 465 with SSL/TLS, or 587 with STARTTLS.
  4. Enable outgoing authentication and enter your full email address and current mailbox password, even if those fields are labeled optional.
  5. Check that From is your SpeechTherapy.com address. If you recently changed your password, update the outgoing password too.

For a returned delivery error, see Understand a Bounced or Rejected Message. For a large attachment, see Attachments, Mailbox Storage, and Large Files.

If sending also fails in Webmail, open a Dashboard support ticket with the error, approximate sending time and time zone, and whether the problem affects one recipient or several. Leave out passwords and sensitive message contents.
