We cannot change the email address on an existing paid subscription. If you would like a different beginning before @speechtherapy.com, you can purchase another available email address as a separate subscription.
Each address has its own annual service period. Purchasing a new address does not transfer or cancel the old subscription. If you no longer want the old address to renew, request cancellation of its next renewal through a Dashboard support ticket.
Before retiring the old address, save the messages you need, tell your contacts, and update accounts that use it for password recovery. Changing your display name or Dashboard contact email does not change the mailbox’s actual address.
