Find Messages and Manage Folders in Webmail

All Help Articles
  1. Sign in to Webmail and select your mailbox.
  2. Search for a distinctive subject word or sender. Check the search scope so you know whether you are searching one folder or more of the mailbox.
  3. Look in Spam, Trash, Sent items, and any folders or filters you use.
  4. If a message was deleted and is no longer in Trash, see recovery options.

Use folders to keep messages organized. In an IMAP account, server folders and changes normally synchronize across Webmail and connected apps. A folder stored only on one device may not appear in Webmail.

Before deleting folders, removing an account from an app, or changing computers, make a separate copy of any local-only messages you need. For space concerns, see mailbox storage guidance.
