Add your SpeechTherapy.com mailbox as another account in your preferred email app. You can keep your existing personal account in the same app. IMAP connects the app to your mailbox; SMTP sends your outgoing messages.
Start with your full SpeechTherapy.com email address and mailbox password. Our domain has automatic setup information configured, so a compatible app can fill in the server settings for you. If setup completes, you can skip the manual settings below. Some apps or versions still ask you to enter them.

For another compatible app, add an IMAP account and use our manual server settings if requested. A direct app connection does not require forwarding. These instructions cover email; they do not configure calendar or contact synchronization.
Gmail app versus Gmail website
Use the Gmail mobile app with your mailbox added as its own account. We do not recommend Gmail web POP fetching or third-party SMTP “Send mail as” for a new setup. Google is retiring those intermediary features in January 2027. SpeechTherapy.com Webmail and direct IMAP/SMTP connections remain the supported paths.
